What we collect, and why

The contact form

When you submit the contact form we receive what you typed: your name, email address, optionally your company and phone number, and the details of your enquiry. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation if it becomes an engagement.

We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share it, and we do not run it through an enrichment service. If you would like it deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove it.

Text messages

Giving us a phone number does not opt you into anything. We only send text messages if you separately ticked the consent box on the contact form, and we only send them to the number you gave at the time.

If you did tick it, we store a record of that consent: the number, the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address the form was submitted from. We keep that for as long as we might text you, plus the period we are required to be able to evidence consent. It exists to prove what you agreed to, and is not used for anything else.

Messages are about your enquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] and we will remove the number.

No mobile information is sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

Analytics

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third party, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you did.

Server logs

Our web server keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and debugging. These are retained for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.
